Alok Raj is the heart and creative force behind Anchal Bati Trust. As a passionate artist and social worker, he believes in the power of expression and compassion to transform lives. He leads the free acting classes initiative for underprivileged children, helping them build confidence, discover their talent, and dream beyond boundaries.
With a deep connection to the ground realities of society, Alok Raj dedicates his time to working in slum areas, inspiring children and spreading joy through art and performance. His leadership reflects a beautiful blend of creativity, empathy, and tireless service.

VIPUL KUMAR
Vipul Kumar is one of the visionary co-founders of Anchal Bati Trust, known for his dedication to social change and grassroots impact. With a strong background in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Vipul brings strategic thinking and deep empathy to the trust's initiatives.
From managing door-to-door survey projects to coordinating blood donation drives, supporting free acting classes, and mobilizing resources for the needy—Vipul plays a vital role in every aspect of the trust’s work. His passion lies in empowering communities, spreading awareness, and creating systems that uplift the underprivileged with dignity.

Nirbhay Kumar is a devoted Trustee and Co-Founder of Anchal Bati, whose dedication and honesty have been key to the trust's foundation and growth. From the beginning, he has been a driving force behind the mission to serve the underprivileged and bring positive change at the grassroots level.
He plays a crucial role in managing the finances of the trust, ensuring that every donation is used responsibly and transparently. With his strong sense of accountability, Nirbhay ensures that all financial operations support the trust’s vision of spreading humanity, compassion, and practical help to those in need.
Known for his sincerity and ground-level involvement, he has actively contributed to initiatives like Ganga Jal distribution, free acting classes for poor children, and door-to-door humanitarian surveys. His calm presence and clear judgment make him a trusted pillar of the organization.
